Why is that Question Paper leaks very common in India? I am just wondering why can't Indian system do better and avoid question paper leaks. Why not colleges consider whole 4 year high school program?

The whole system of learning and assessment should change. It should Prioritize learning and education over marks. It’s sad to see that the kids need to retake these exams at 10th 12th level when important decisions for their future has to be made.

It is a national shame that it happens year after year, yet they have failed to plug the loop holes. Even prestigious universities are coming up with similar performances in India. This year papers got leaked even in Mumbai University, it lost answersheets last year and hence they delayed results. This resulted in loss of an academic year and job opportunities for many students. They haven't been able to satisfy teachers' demands for so many years that every year teachers go on strike before exams and delay corrections. Added to this are their errors of hall tickets, student data, question papers, corrections, paper leaks...uff! The list is endless.

Now the CBSE Board is talking about re-examinations. Do they realise how demoralised students feel? How many of their and their parents' plans would be upset?

I agree that a major change in our education system is the need of the hour.
