    Hi ILs,

    Iam planning for my IVF in next 3 months. I have always heard that it is good to plan 3 months a head to attain a healthy pregnancy. So to make my journey better and stress free i have planned to add 1 good tip daily to my life. So i will be posting the same here too..

    Anyone interested can join me,It would be helpful for all TTC ladies here.
    Post in ur tips as well so that i can also be benefited.

    Note: Post only tips in this thread, no other comments so that we can keep the thread clean.

    Instructions: only one tip a day+ every tip should include its uses and effects

    So lets make the journey easier.

    So let me be the first to start.
    My tip for the day: Eat a handful of sprouts on empty stomach daily.
    Benefits: It boost fertility, Sprouts are good source of protein and vitamins.
    esp.green bean sprout(mung dal).
    How to make: soak two handful of mung dal(any of ur choice) in the morning, night before going to sleep filter them and tie it in a neat cloth. next day you can have them raw.
    Both, husband and wife can have them.

    Tip for the day: Include any physical activity in ur daily life, Be it walking,jogging or yoga for half an hour a day.
    Uses: A healthy BMI is linked to increase fertility for both men and women.
    In men it increase the enzymes which helps to protect sperm and for women it helps in regular ovulation.

    Tip for the day: Replace your coffee/tea with protein powder or health mix.
    Uses:key responsibilities of protein include making enzymes, hormones and antibodies for healthy immune function, So it is good to have any healthy protein mix early morning instead of tea/coffee.
    Why instead coffee/tea? ;because Caffeine consumption may increase estrogen production and/or decrease estrogen metabolism. Caffeine consumption has also been linked to tubal factor infertility and endometriosis associated infertility.

    Add more vegetables, fruits and greens in your diet. That will give you necessary multivitamin for the body. Few nuts each day, covers your DHEA supplements.
    Avoid or reduce Carbohydrate based foods. They will only help in increasing your weight.

    Hope you get to build up healthy body before your IVF.

    sorry i its spell mistake ;) butter milk to keep body cool and if possible eat 1 spoon gulkand daily morning and evening to keep body cool...

    my prblm is i cant stay away from tea :(

    But its just till you get pregnant after ur delivery u can be as usual. Not necessarily you quit them, but u can reduce the consumption. For example if u r taking twice in a day, reduce it to once in a day in the first week, then every alternate day in second week, then 3 days once..
