    Hi Ladies,
    As previously mentioned I had my hysteroscopy done for removal of polyp in July. My endometrial sample was sent for HPE and the report came back normal.
    As advised by Doctor i took a break of one month and I am now preparing myself for FET in September.
    I am applying castor oil packs to increase the blood flow to uterus.
    Please advise me on any other dietary or lifestyle changes which might help.
    Apart from that ALL THE VERY BEST and LOADS OF BABY DUST to all the ladies in various phases of their journey towards motherhood.

    i think this hysteroscopy procedure (endometrial biopsy) it self would help u get good lining at least for next 3 cycles.

    i added pomegranate and orange after dates to my diet on my FET cycle. i also walked 30 minutes and tried castor oil till a day before transfer day. it helped with my lining. Post transfer - stay positive :thumbup:

    @wish4miracle , Thanks for your inputs. I am taking pomegranate and dry fruits. Will also include dates in my diet.
    The only thing bothering me right now is lack of physical exercise. I am unable to make some time for it.
    Apart from that fingers crossed for the transfer. Hoping for the best.

    Hi all..... How r u.... After long time I'm posting here, need ur suggestions ..... I'm n ttc, after my failed FET..... Dr suggested to do Nk cells biopsy and the report came as "insufficient cells "Dr told to repeat biopsy or assume it as positive..... I'm confused.... Did anyone know about this.... Kindly share ur views

    Good that your endometrium is good.
    All the best to your FET. Add more protein rich food to your diet. Include fiber rich food too. Rest well. Stay stress free. Walk inside home at least after food.

    Why the cells were insufficient? Have you asked that to doc? Your doc explanations are not sufficient.
    Whatever try to stay positive and move ahead. Take care of your health. With infertility treatments we often forget about our health. Focus on that too. Health body can bring miracles any time.

    Hi Gals,
    Hope everyone are doing well. Just wanted to update that I am going to have my FET in the last week of October. For past few months my transfers kept on postponing due to unexpected polyp, less blood flow and many such obstacles.
    Finally i am all set for the transfer and keeping my fingers crossed.
    Please wish me luck.
