@jillcastle oh my god..you are talking my mind...same with me. I also always wanted two kids. And I keep thinking that I may get twins... We will have two kids jills..lets think like that. There is no loss in thinking ..at least we gain positivity.
Congratulations on salary hike! my mom says that some very lucky kid will come to your house because he/ she is making sure that you have everything before he/she comes to you.....see you got more money for one more added member to your family...

I got my blood rif ports today. My AMH came out very low i.e. 1.2ng/ml. Doctor prescribed ovares plus for three months. And scheduled for ivf after three months. @Agony @Vasumathy need your guidance. She said with this amh we can't even go for ivf. She ruled out that i am not pco patient because in that case it would have come very high. Serum prolactin came 30.60...she prescribed cabergolin .TSH was 4.98, she prescribed medicine for that as well that i need to take early morning before tea/coffee.She will monitor next cycle with clofert and also told to go for some panchkarma or yoga. Guys can AMH improve? what are the chances? Anyone else in the same situation. join me. @28neha did you decide about your next step?

Anti mullarian hormone (amh) being low means low egg reserve. So If you are taking meds to increase egg production every cycle then you might as well try ivf. If doc says no to it then get iui done. I am assuming for some unknown reason u are not able to get pregnant by yourself. So if I would have been you I will try iui without any meds just control thyroid with medication. I am not a doc but I have gone through this. Please do your research and arrive at a decision

Hi @Hema Eshwar Thank you for your inputs. Yes for some reason I am not able to get pregnant. Have already tried iuis but all failed. So proceeding to IVF. I have started the medication for low amh, high prolactin and tsh. Thanks again!

Things will always be in the back of mind. Keep your front brain busy, back will keep quiet.
You will hold your lo in someway. Be positive.

@msms Even I feel I am not completely ready for IVF. But I have always wanted 2 kids. So I keep thinking to myself may be this is God's way of granting me the wish, twins chance is higher in IVF. I know with twin pregnancy everything is hard, but this is the only way to keep myself positive and not getting scared of the IVF. I am already 33, I keep getting this feeling if I dont have twins in my first pregnancy, may be my kid will never have a sibling. lol I know I think too much, less work at office, so brain starts planning for the next 10 years!

BTW, I got a new offer and a pretty good hike in salary. Looks like God is opening the doors one by one.

Ivf n twin dream.. Even I had that after years of struggle. Only one decided to stick in ivf though. Don't get disheartened. I had the same feeling that my girl will be lonely. But soon she will have company. Since she's lonely all the idols are her toys and she spend quality time in pooja space. May be God was like leave me, you can play with someone else of your own soon.
God always keep some doors open for us to enter. We need to find where it is. It will be found only on the right time too. Wait for your time and keep your eyes and sensed wide open to find and enter.
