Pregnant with pcos - suggest suitable diet

Hi it's been while since I posted a thread..I have a good news to share with all m pregnant 4 weeks and 4 days with pcos.. My first gynae appointment is on jan 30 th so before that I can't get to meet the doc and ask abt the pregnancy care and diet with pcos. Ladies pls suggest a diet for pregnancy with pcos.. M right now continuing metformin as adviced by doc and m concerned abt the diet part should I include rice also or should I avoid it ... M confused pls suggest a diet plan my dear ladies:thumbsup
