    hi friends, I am currently in my first trimester and wanted to know when is the right time to tell my manager that I am pregnant , should I tell about it or not? I am working in IT and I don't have any problems related to work environment.

    As per me , U can inform ur supervisor abt ur pregnancy and tell him/her not to disclose to any one .. U will urself inform after 1 - 2 months..

    As supervisor plans work pipeline so it may be helpful

    First of all congratulations on ur pregnancy ! Wishing u a safe & happy 9 months ahead :)
    If ur work is not strenuous, u could wait until u complete 3 months to break the news.
    Just a suggestion.
