I have doubt/clarification. I completed my parayana of Ch 29 this morning and I am in the 7th week of 9week thursday fast and prayer.
My m - in - law passed away at noon today. She was abroad with my sil. Can I continue my parayana and 9 week puja?

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. May her soul rest in peace.

Coming to Parayana of Shree Sai Satcharithram, please do continue to read this as this manushya yagnam that is being done for benefit and welfare of all. The aim and purpose of this great karyam should not be stopped. I am sure this, she will appreciate being on god's abode- This is purely my personal opinion.

Coming to Sai vrat- i leave this to your discretion. since this you might have started for personal desires.

Please do take opinions of other sisters too.

When my mom passed away we went to Shirdi immediately after regular rituals. Only because of that visit & darshan i was able to sustain myself and come to this stage.
