    I am a Naturopathy and Yoga Physician interested to answer you queries in Naturopathy and Yoga. If you have any queries related to health,Naturopathy ( Naturecure) treatments and therapeutic yoga please post it.

    Is there any cure for migraine headache in naturopathy. My husband suffers from migraine headache atleast once in a week and the whole day is very troublesome for him. Another problem during a recent scan taken it is found that sister has fibroid in uterus and doctor advised for surgery. is there any treatment for it without undergoing surgery. I will be very much happy if my above queries are addrssed.

    I want to learn Naukasana and saravangasana . Can it be done with seeing videos or should I do it wit supervision.
