More importantly, fast. Done in 5 minutes! Plus you can jazz it up with some mushrooms.

I use it...for making badam halwa. Contents listed on the back is ..almonds. It seems genuine ...atleast based on the consistency of the halwa ... presence of other flour will change the texture of the halwa...

:) This is so ridiculously easy. Takes less than 15 min.
My goto dessert these days when I have guests and most think I have slaved in the kitchen for hours....Shhhhhhhh lets keep this a secret

    recipe
    1 cup almond flour
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup ghee
    1/2 tsp of cardamom powder
    pinch of saffron

First mix almond flour +ghee + saffron and milk and let it cook on stove for 5 min. It becomes a thick (almost like a paste) ..then add sugar and keep cooking till u get the right consistency(7-8 min). Add the cardamom. Thats it its that simple.

PS:Keep the heat at med at all times.
