Post Laproscopy Gall bladder removal surgery.

Hi friends...I had a Gall stone and because of this i had obstructive jaundice, which shot up my liver-enzymes. I underwent a surgery and after one-week of surgery date , my LFT levels were normal. Its one&half months since sugery...I am still on low fat and almost zero-oil diet.
I am having too much of hair-fall....can i start having multi-vitamin tablets ....Please reply.Thank you!

don't take them unless required. Your physician will be able to tell you whether your body requires multivitamin dosage.

You can check the nature cure forum on how to nourish your hair externally as well as internally. Do have a look at it.

I am in the same boat as you dear. Try neelibringadi oil from aryavaidya pharmacy and also eat alma,curry leaves, iron rich foods and also wash your scalp regularly and avoid stress
