Ingredients 1 cup jada poha 1 cup boiled mixed sprouts (moong, chana) 1 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 2 green chillies, chopped mustard seeds (rai), turmeric powder 2 teaspoons sugar 3 teaspoons lemon juice 1 tsp oil salt to taste chopped coriander Method 1. Place the poha on a sieve and wash lightly. Drain and leave aside for 10 minutes. 2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds, onion and green chillies. 3. Once the onion turns translucent, add the mixed sprouts, turmeric powder, sugar, salt and ½ cup of water and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. 4. Now add the poha and lemon juice and mix well. 5. Garnish with the chopped coriander.
