please refer a good doctor in your place, since there is blood discharge. all home remedies will work only in early stages.wish you a happy recovery.

    Do's

    1) Take medical advice, whenever you have fever

    2) Take the prescribed medicines at the right dose for the right duration

    3) Take a healthy, bland diet till the fever settles down

    4) Drink plenty of fluids

    Don'ts

    1) Don’t take self medication. The fever may be due to many causes, which needs to be diagnosed.

    2) Don’t exert yourself. Allow the body to take rest to recover faster
    Avoid outside food.

    Medicine suggested : Curill syrup

dosage : 2-3 teaspoonfuls three times a day

Heat cooking oil , add ajwain and let it boil for a while. Apply this oil on your forehead, nose, and chest. You will feel relieved.

as mamta says go to a doctor so that you will be given some decongestant.
blood froom nose is common in very cold areas/(if temp is below zero).
    so use a humidifier.
then always keep a nasal saline mist and keep using when you feel dryness in nose.
    take steam every day.
if you have cold sores on the edge of your nose use vaseline petrolium gel(it really helps).

drink 1 tbsp of ginger juice mixed with honey.

    feel better soon

    Hi,

The Great Indian monsoon is upon us, it's time to begin flu, cold & cough preventive measures & pre-monsoon healthcare. Regular exercise strengthens the immune system. A brisk walking for thirty minutes will help you get fresh air and can reduce your chances of getting colds.

    Thanks
