As akijay mentioned chattanooga is a beautiful place to visit.You can visit Rock city gardens and try the hang-gliding in lookout mtn. You can also visit Pine mountain which is jus 1 hr frm atlanta.There you have the wild animal safari and callaway gardens. We have been to the wild animal safari and planning visit callaway gardens :thumbsup
I went to rock city,ruby falls,the incline railway..and a boat ride...around the mountain..that was too gud... Rajeshwari,planning to go to callaway garden from long time..but still din happen..you visit and let me know how it is...
We went to smokies last week end and the views were breathtaking...now its the peak season in smoky mtns...if possible you ppl can go there ...its jus 3 1/2 hrs drive frm here... akijay will surely tell u once i visit callaway gardens...
Thank You guys..i will check out the places u said in look out mountain.. i have been to pine mountain and callaway gardens..calllaway gardens have a beach area for water fun and has some events every holiday.. i had been there during labour weekend during which there was a hot balloon show and ride..i heard that callaway would be great during christmas weekend..the whole area would be lit with lights and what not.. so the best time to visit would be christmas time..
