    @Needtobestrong a trick i have seen in my childhood our farmhands used to follow..
    well roasted moth/moong. just a little to keep munching while they work. it kept them satiated and it was healthy. you cant eat too much as your jaws will resist.

    they also had dehydrated naturally sundried tapioca and sweet potatoes. one chip takes a long time to soak in your mouth..

    even roasted tamarind seeds.. i have discussed all this in the lunch thread.

    we have evolved a lot in our quest to be modern. the junk of my childhood and the junk of today has a totally different composition.

    yet we were told don’t eat too much you will upset your tummy..

    When you eat, always have at least a little of each of the 3 main food components - fats, carbohydrates & protein. Never one completely by itself. When your body knows it's had some of each, there are less cravings.
