please suggest me

    hi all,

    i started working out iam eating around 1300 calories everyday and workout morning around 56 minutes jogging and evening jillian michaels any one dvd for 35 minutes iam losing 1 or 2 pounds everyday is it ok or should i eat more or workout less please suggest me.thanks.

    The healthy way to lose weight is to lose 1 lb a week...don't go too far down too soon.
