    OP is just 10posts old on IL.And if possible just go and check his previous posts (not just on this thread but also in other threads)and then you will know why so many ILites think that this story is completely made up.Theres hardly a problem here.OP and his wife seems to have talked to each other about it and infact she has gone ahead and shown the SMSes.And she has also accepted that she used to chat with that schoolmate.So whats the real problem here???

    the problem is so many ladies on IL love to play agony aunts.
    Its no rocket science to understand that this guy has made up this story to get sympathies and with it more friends.
    Wake up Ladies!!

    I agree with you both. The 'share all' was our way earlier in the marriage. But later, like separate bank accounts, phone, we also got separate FBs, gmails, yahoos etc on separate laptops.

    Probably the 'my own' thing is the start of a crack in marriage. Alternatively will that not suffocate each other for lack of private space?

    Yes you are right. I am here for sympathies & friends.

    This unique sensitive issue in my life [ first time such a jolt! ] makes it impossible to be taken up with close family members & friends. SO I came here seeking honest opinions and inputs - am grateful for that.

    Next we are considering counselling/psychologist for analysing this professionally and offering solutions.

    Will keep you all posted.

    Just tell ur wife, her contact with this friend is not helping the marriage in any way and that ur mind is totally messed up coz of her online friend.

    Started with FB, Moved on to Mobile, Now already professional help...

    On the side track there were some fights, Some romance. some comedy..

    This look like a 2 and 1/2 hours movie to me.. Everything is happening too fast than I can even understand.[​IMG]

    Where is the CLIMAX ?????
