    Hi all
I am 12 weeks pregnant, I went for the scan. In report I found
"Placenta Anterior stops 3.0 cms above the OS. Grade 0 maturity".
    What is this?
    Is this is an issue?

    Hi

an anterior placenta means the placenta is in the front. the baby can move, but feeling your baby move can be lil difficult.
Placental maturity is described in Grades. They go from 0-III as pregnancy progresses.
    Grade 0
Smooth chorionic plate, homogenous echotexture of substance of placenta. Most common in 1st trimester and early 2nd trimester (8-20weeks).

    So nothing to worry.
