hi friends iam having a plot in OMR it is 2400sqft i want to build a house. iam not getting the approval they denied on the basis that the place is in ORZ zone. 2nd time i applied they said "minimum extend is not satisfied" i could not understand now the place is under corporation some one who has an idea about this direct me ok kala
you have not given any of the necessary details..like the road width, or the plot dimensions.. and is it in omr/ecr..
