Period Hasn't Arrived

    Usually get period every 25 days.

    It has been 28 days and am yet to receive it.

    This is stressful.

    Very very stressful.

    In past week I was distressed for family issue then I had brief bout of external hemorrhoids that caused constipation for a day ....


    Could this be stress related? Please share experiences.
