    I have PCOS, and ttc... I am planning to loose weight. Join me....

    Current Weight : 75kgs
    Ideal Weight : 66kgs
    Have to Loose : 9kgs..

    DIET PLAN FOR 4 WEEKS 26th JULY TO 26th AUGUST


    1. Monday

    Morning : Corn Flakes
    Lunch : Oats + Chickpea Sundal
    Evening : 1 Apple
    Night : 1 Chapati 1 Banana


    2. Tuesday

    Morning: Oats Kanji
    Lunch : 3 Chapati/Vegetablecurry (Valeka+channa ,,Herekai+Moondal ,, Rajmacurry )
    Evening: 1 Carrot
    Night : Banana + cucumber + butter milk/Soup


    3. Wednesday

    Morning: Corn Flakes
    Lunch : 3 Chapati/Keerai
    Evening: 1 Apple
    Night: Banana + cucumber + butter milk/Soup


    4. Thursday

    Morning: Oats Kanji
    Lunch : BiseBeleBath / Veg upma
    Evening: 1 Carrot
    Night : Banana + cucumber + butter milk/Soup


    5. Friday

    Morning : Corn Flakes
    Lunch : Oats + Channa Sundal
    Evening : 1 Carrot
    Night : Churmuri/Shavige


    6. Saturday

    Morning : Oats
    Lunch : Keerai Sadam + soya curry/Beans curry
    Evening : Tea
    Night : Pani puri + banana


    7. Sunday

    Morning : Oats
    Lunch : Vegetable bath/Pongal
    Evening : Tea
    Night : Pasta

    Hi..if u don't mind..I am an indian lifestyle
    nutrition coach. Looking at ur plan..u r not eating enough and getting the right nutrients for ur condition. U need to be eating proper nutrtionist mini meals and if u have pcod.u need more nutrients to take care of that condition and ur body. Also losing weight means eating the right amt..if u don't get enough calories...ur body will hold on to the fat stores as it thinks it is In starvation mode.
    What country r u located in? What foods have u grown up eating?
