PCOS doubts

    Dear all,

    I have been married for 2 yrs now, suffering from pcos. My periods r very irregular.My weight s 60 kg. Pls advice on wat shud i start with, i have been to doc n under treatment, but m so fed up of heavy doze tab. I read abt pcos n some home remedies in IL, i want to know if anyone has tried n does it really wrk???Pls pls suggest on wat shud i start wit as m longing to hav a baby.

    hi feya. M also a pcos sufferrer and me and dh are ttc.. My doc has put me on metformin and i heard that met really works and also i have started diet and exercising... start a low carb diet and exercise regime.. hope it helps.. Baby dust to U !!!!
