Hi i am posting this on by half of my friend. She is 25 and she is TTC. Actually she had PCOS during her 12th standard and took treatment for 6 months. She got her regular periods after that. Then when she was in her final year B.E she faced irregular periods and this time its not PCOS but Endometrial thickness. She started her treatment two months before marriage and didnt get pregnant for the past 6 months. She is very scared and even diagnosed of diabetes. Her physician warned her not to get conceived until she reduces her diabetic. She is very scared of symptoms which she found in net like"ovarian cancer, heart disease, infertility" though she know PCOS and endometrial thickness is common nowadays she is scared of her pregnancy. i think this stress is even making her weak and she is emotionally disturbed deep inside. Will this cause prob too?? Can you suggest good physician??

Hi, PCOS is basically a lifestyle issue. Please ask your friend to follow a healthy lifestyle , I hope she is taking care of her health. Iam but very sure about endometriosis but there are good threads on that too which resulted in success. stress can create an issue of a small thing so ask her to remain calm... I have Read the success stories for both here ..this might give her some peace of mind ...all the best to your friend !

hi...sorry iam not very sure about endometriosis. But as i said there are very good thread on that...tagging @Vasumathy and @Agony for more insight.

Medicines in my view wont harm any organs..but they have their own side effects. My doc was against any surgery and i was on few medicines for my PCOS only.
