    For cold relief,

Mix thoothuvalai leaves powder in water or buttermilk and drink it.

    For "P" days pain,

Tip 1: Take methi seeds with water
Tip 2: Apply warm coconut oil on stomach

I tried only thoothuvalai powder for cold and other are through word of mouth

    For Sprains -

Heat about a tablespoon of ghee. Add half teaspoon turmeric powder in it. Soak cotton wool in this and keep on affected area while its still hot at bedtime. Wrap a cloth around it to avoid the yellow staining from turmeric.

Swelling as well as pain will subside.

    For Diarrhoea -

Swallow half teaspoonful of methi seed with water for immediate relief
