Paneer Peas Butter Masala.....

    Ingredients :- Paneer 250 gms, peas 1 cup, onion 4, tomato 3, ginger 1 inch, garlic 6 pods, cashew nuts 10, butter 100grms, chilli powder 2 tsp, corriander powder1 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, salt, sugar 1/4 tsp, garam masala powder1/2 tsp .. corriander or kashuri methi leaves for garnishing...... Method of preparation :- Cut the onions, tomatos. Keep kadai on stove. Put some oil saut onion, ginger, garlic, once they saut well add cashew then add tomato. Saut every thing well. Once raw smell went.. keep this cool.. once it gets cooled. Grind it as a smooth paste.. then again keep kadai. Roast the paneer in oil. Then keep it aside. Again in a kadai pour butter. Once butter melts add the paste saut well for few minutes. Once the butter comes out from masala add chilli powder, corriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, then add boiled peas, salt.. keep stove slow.. few minutes later add paneer then covered with a lid. Wait for 5 minutes then add kasthuri methi or corriander leaves. Serve hot with rotti, chappathi, poori, paratha, etc.. even its gud combo for ghee rice.. yummy paneer peas Butter masala is ready..... Try it my frnds... Thank u..
