HI ALL, Here i am with a new recepie this time not a chutney its palak pulav for this we need: 1 cup rice . 1 cup palak. green peas 1/4 cup 1 tspn: jeera. 1/2 cup oninons, finely chopped green chillies chopped: 4 1 tspn: jeera. small piece dalchini. elaichi - 1 clove :2 black gram:2 tspn refined oil( if diet consious otherwise cooking butter ) to fry salt as required a pinch of turmeric, 1/4 tspn hing what to do: Wash rice and cook it , clean and finely chop palak In a pan heat oil , add jeera, dalchini, elaichi, black gram, once black gram fried , add chopped chillies, , chopped onion, green peas, salt turmeric and hing when onion turns brown add finely chopped palak, let it simmer on low. once palak is cooked turn off the stove and let it cool. once the palak is cool add cooked rice and mix well, add salt if required. Easy but nutritious palak pulav is ready Serve hot with curd..... My Daughter's favourite ZooZoo is waiting..... Toot padooo zoozooo
