    Hi rekha,

do you want 'green chutney' which they give for samosa?

why I am asking is, when you grind coconut chutney, you can add corriander as much as you can to get coriander chutney. please tell me what you want?

    :coffee for your reply.

Hi one I explained, that is put more coriander leaves in coconut chutney which you prepare for idly or dosa. that is reduce coconut and add more coriander leaves + green chilly. so you will get green chutney.

for samosa chutney, you have to use coriander leaves only. grind it with green chilly and a 1/2 sp of tamarind paste. that is all. ok ya? use less water while grinding this.

    Hope this helps.:)

    Hi rekha,

If you want, you can make seasoning for pachadi and raitha. no problem.

( I am dieting so I stopped seasoning to avoid that oil so I forgot to write here about seasoning :hide: Big Laugh)

    Dear Krishnaamma,

Thats a very good tip for dieters, to stop seasoning in the food, it defn reduces the fat intake and does matter n weight loss. I have stopped long back and i am able to maintain my lost weight.

    Cheers

    HI Vaidehi,

yes , at least we can avoid this and also can avoid direct intake of ghee for dal rice, or oil for 'vatha kuzhumbu':crazy this will help you to some extent.

have you had பொரி + நல்லெண்ணை + பருப்பு பொடி :crazy snacks like this also we must avoid. what to do ?
