Indusladies.com has lost one of its finest writer! A great contributor of IL left us in dark!! Let your incredible writings live on. We miss you dear Mithila and your writings. May Almighty God grant you eternal rest and may your soul rest in peace. Our deepest condolence to Mithila Kannan’s family.
That's a shocking news! Mithila Kannan's demise is going to be a great loss to IndusLadies Community. We are sure going to miss her writings. I've had a few interactions with her. She has always been very appreciative of whatever new things we came up with in IndusLadies. She has surprised me many times with her passion for writing given her age, health and other reasons that made it difficult for her to contribute more of her writings here. Mrs.Mithila Kannan, we all pray for your soul to Rest-In-Peace. LN Sir, our heartfelt condolences to you. Your loss is huge. We pray you have the courage to go thro' this tough time in your life. PS: Varalotti Sir, if you or any of you happen to visit LN Sir or talk to him over phone, please convey condolences to him on behalf of the entire IndusLadies Community. Regards, Malathy
words fail dear sridhar to know that mithila is amidst the star sky and yonder... i tried posting a long reply and each time i did tears wiped them away they just refused to appear perhaps just a wisp of a feather as tribute was not enough a whole bunch was due... perhaps ...and to dear ln sir who can but console? memories of their hospitality the tasty upma are still green along with the green garden which must have breathed oxygen fresh for mithila... she left as trail of tears follow...... i still remember her being ``angry'' for not writing more often.. come dear mithila be angry again that i will write for you.... sathya http://www.indusladies.com/forums/snippets-of-life-non-fiction/101980-if-trees-could-pray-would.html
It is very nice of you Malathy to have come here and offer condolence. Will surely convey your feelings to them. But I don't think I have the strength to talk to LN sir. Meanwhile the other day one of Mythili's daughters called me to locate her writings in another blogsite. Looks like they are going to bring out a book on her blogs. I am sure that will be a prized possession not only for a housewife or an executive who wants something wholesome in her pastime, but will be a learning tool for budding writers as well. thanks, Malathy. sridhar
