    Never sprouted lentils:) sprouts are considered much better than the actual grains...if you don't like the blandness you can do the same as me - do normal tempering as like with upma and add onions and switch off and add the sprouts to it...you won't be cooking the sprouts but the taste of tempering and onions etc makes it edible to some extent..

    since you are already have a clean diet why worry about it?

    This one line really struck me.. I used to think I was fat when I was younger and reached the highest weight of 65 kg.. and now, here i am battling against my weight and i weigh 20 kgs more than that! long way to go.. :|

    i love sprouted lentils and have eaten them regularly long ago when my mom did the cooking! i guess i shd get back to it..

    no worries.. try to get back as soon as possible! and try to stick to your diet and workouts too.. I know it's difficult.. I was going through the same this past week..

    I make the sprouted lentils and make my husb eat it :hide:
    I just don't like it.. What to do??!! I'l try having half cup atleast.. thinkingsmiley

    Super awesome. Don worry. Just t25 per day is more than enuf. Il let u know how many calories i burned in today's workout.. U wud have burned more than me as u r taller..

    I don't know what to substitute for roti.. i don't know what to eat? I don't eat non veg everyday.. the smell itself puts me off... its usually veg i stick to.. i don't eat rice.. but then if i don't eat roti also, i don't know what to eaT????
    I tried that besan chilla as roti but eww i dont like it..

    Monday:

    Diet: ***
    Workout: 45min elliptical + Alpha cardio

    I burned 210 cal in alpha cardio.. but then i stopped a few times (too many variations of jumping jacks hurt my calves a lot, i paused a few secs and changed it to tanya's way for few jumping jacks & a few of those squat variations) all and all my calves n thighs were hurting. Well hopefully i'l get better and i couldn't keep up with their speed.. i was doing it at my own speed.. & for the jumping lunges i went really sloww to get the form n balance
