    BF - Two idly + idly powder + oil
    Mid - cereals
    L - Curd rice + pickle
    Mid - Pomegranate
    Dinner - Planning to do chapati + paneer butter masala.
    W - 1 L
    Workout - NIL

    I know the above mentioned are not diet. But trying to regularize stuffs.
