    targeting weight :- 0.5 kgs
    Starting waist :- 33.5 inch
    targeting waist :- 0.5 inch

    lost the baby weight (80%) but required toning and shaping

    You can do something like what we do, which is rating it with1,2 or 3 stars according to how good ur diet has been.. Or u can put everything up, if unwanted us to guide you with tips to twerk ur diet.. In the weekend, update ur weight so tht u can see ur weekly progress in comparison to the rest of us..
