    Diet ***


    breakfast: 2 whole wheat bread slices with 1 banana and strawberries
    lunch: 1/4 cup cooked raagi grains + 2 cups cooked methi dal + 2 lijjad papad(microwave popped)
    evening snack: one cup tea
    dinner: 1 cup veggies + 1 cup curd


    Exercise
    3 mile LS walk in the morning and 3 fast mile LS in the evening

    so the other day i was wondering - JM's 30 day shred level 1 - is it the same video(exercises) that i have to follow for 30 days then move to level 2 which again has to be done for 30 days and so on? or are there more videos for level 1 itself?

    There r 3 levels. Each level to be done for 10 days.
    Level 1 - 10 days
    Level 2 - 10 days
    Level 3 - 10 days
    Equals 30 days hence the name 30 day shred..

    @Vibha: I started it and gave it up after 3 days into level 2, as my previously injured wrist was giving in.. Now I just add them as occasional workouts. Do take a day off in a week. I got the following review when I was confused about it..

    """"THIS! Jillian has been quoted saying that she was shocked to hear that people were doing the workouts for 30 days straight, something she never intended! Rest days are very important, and I believe ever other Jillian workout I own has her advising at least one rest day per week. """"
