For those of you with pcos, here's an article to give the ppl around you to help them understand your situation better.. PCOS Explained To Your Partner | PCOS Diet Support
its a good article, but I thought it could have covered the mood swings part a little better than rushing right by it in one line.. Hats off to my hubby for dealing so well with me when he comes back from work to find me curled up in bed and crying for no reason and then laugh mins later and then get so very mad.. all within a short time span...
its to do with the diet..too much raw and plain food for even a week will increase the intolerance levels for rich food like anything..since we are all eating healthier food, a buffet would be totally disastrous...
This also reminds me of childhood days when i used to stuff myself with sweets and then do walking and situps to reduce the pain later on...every time i would resolve to never eat so much again but alas...all dreams!!
now don't start addressing us as "aunties" because you feel like a teenager...I am still the baby of my parent's family!! so technically a baby here!!
:clap...is your teeth now ok?
i will do the check in on sunday still waiting for periods .............damn i feel really very moody and bloated ...
