    Thursday update
    diet: 3 star
    exercise: JM's 30 DS lvl 1 workout.. Just a revisit to make sure I don't let all tht built strength go to waste.. Planned to do treadmill in the evening but I got busy and didn't get around to doing it..

    Friday update
    diet: 2 star
    exercise: none, rest day

    saturday update
    diet: 3 star
    exercise: crunch Pilates, second time I'm doing it and I found it easier today than the first time.. Thanks for the suggestion, farha.. :thumbsup

    good idea.. do level 1, 2, 3 on alternate days..

    and yes, crunch is really good workout, i can see the changes in my body since i began.. looking for something similar to do on alternate days.. thinking tae bo..

    exercise: nil.. (am sick and down with whole body pains)

    diet ---- (how shud i rate my less calorie intake, must have logged between 500-600kcal, unable to eat too)
