Dear Era,

You can creatively start off with your own designs. If the sarees have borders, they can be used as strips and they can be sewn on a portion of the Kurta in a choli cut style or on the Salwar by asking the tailor to sew it in long strips. The rest of the material can be sewn into a chudidaar.

You can also use the Bordered Pallu to make some good pillow covers. You can sew them on the Jute bags and make them even more beautiful. Either plain horizontals, Verticals or diagonals.

The gota can be used on the pillow covers etc. Just catch hold of any good tailor who initiates the creative use of such raw material.

you can use the borders from the old sarees by attaching them to plain georgette or chiffon sarees even the pallo can be attached to the new sarees it will look good

Hi

U may use that saree as a wall hanging.

Take a rod .

Paint de rod with golden or sum mettalic colors.

Stick de bordered pallu design around the rod (just to stick the cloth in the rod).

Leave the remaining pallu (Now bordered pallu hanging in de rod).

Use gd coloured combo bordered pallu or pallu with heavy work.

Stick the rope in the top of de rod (wraped with pallu) for hanging purpose.

Now ur cute wall hanging ready to decorate ur hall.
