One Week Challenge!

    hey all,

    I have been trying to lose some weight but I am not able to follow my exercise regime strictly.

    I cant control my food intake coz I am a foodie. So I am concentrating on exercise part here. Starting today -

    Jogging- 40 mins
    Dance - 30 mins

    A total of 1 hour 10 mins of exercise!!

    I am posting it here so I can keep track and don't lose interest in between!

    All the best to me! I want to see some changes at least a little by this week-end!

    had some work ma friday 5-8 had shooting.... saturday and now to video editing thats y .... finally done its tym for my head to check and give a small head shake :)

    God Bless and All the very best .....Food control is an integral part of weight loss....since weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. This does not mean that you need to starve or cut down on the food portions..Switch to healthy eating.. The key to stay motivated is to link your weight loss goal to an emotional aspect(the reason why u wanna lose weight so that you continue to stay motivated until you achieve it)

    And also I have learnt that its better not to give into temporary temptations for something that you would want for a lifetime....the taste is only till the tongue... Remember "A moment on the lips is forever on the hips"

    Your excercise regime is truly inspiring..Am sure you will achieve incredible results if u continue with it along with keeping a tab on the food you eat...

    Thanks @kris98 for your wishes....

    its just that if I cut down on my food too, I will just stop mid-way. From past experience, I have learnt to take it slow...want to complete one month this way and slowly incorporate the food changes!
