    Hi girls,

    Im back this week with a bang. Went to gym and worked out for 75 mins today. Did elliptical,cycle,rowing,side crunches,leg press,treadmill (5mins) and some stretches. Feeling good..:)

    am already posting in 15 day consistency challenge..once am done there, will be back here..
    Yday i went jean shopping and found still my prev size4 doesnt fit me easily...tummy bulging out and am motivated to lose the inches soon..did not have the heart to buy higher size...giving myself 2 months time for size 4 to fit:)

    Paddubala, be consistent and you will see results for sure.

    I went for one hour yoga class today. Apart from aerobics, we also need toning and flexibility, so im incorporating yoga and pilates in my weekly routine.

    i am regular with 2 rounds of SN and 40 mins of regular walking.

    I am not doing crunches from last 3 days! hopefully want to continue from today atleast.

    Girls, i started this thread on 31st dec. Im thinking we all will measure (or weigh) and see for results. We still have
    11 more days to go.

    Instead of just bending and touching the toes, im trying to touch my left leg with right hand and the right leg with the left one. Im counting upto 100 this way and hopefully it is working. Also side crunches 50 times holding 5lbs ball in my hand.

    Did rowing 50 calories, elliptical 100 calories and leg press using 30 lbs.

    hi friends,

    I checked my weight it increased for 1/2 kg may be because of sweets! i felt bad anyhow still time is there will try maximum to reduce! may be the climate also chill thats why i am also little bit lazy to include some more exercises.

    any suggestions?


    workouts on 20th and 21st jan

    only 45 mins of walking

    Vij, do not feel bad about what has happened. Forget it and move on. The next day you can always make it up for the loss. Every time you miss workouts, try to include a 5mins extra the next day. This way you will be free of guilt. Also, instead of mere walking, get some variation in your workout. Only walking gets monotonous after a while even though you have the best upbeat music. Try bending and touching or jumping jacks. Try zumba videos from youtube. You will sweat like anything.

    You will be less motivated to continue exercises if you do not see any results. Results again depend on two factors i.e diet and exercise. See that you do not increase weight, you should be able to maintain it.

    Yes from today I started again with SNs and bendings upto 100 count. Will implement somemore workouts soon.

    did 30 mins of threadmill with 6.5 speed.

    rowing - 50 cals
    bending and side toe touch - 25
    side twists - 50
    stretches n cool down

    SN ... 2 sets, jacking jump---25 count and regular walking.
