When you do regular exercises, to about 40 minutes every day, you must have certainly appreciated a sense of well being , felt in body and mind. But, have you appreciated two more realities ? One........... When your exercises are continous for (at least) every five days of a week, you will be more immune to common infective illnesses like upper respiratory infections (cold). Two................You will also see , your allergic disorders (like sneezing twenty times , upon coming in contact with dust and, having both nostrils full with secretions due to contact with some house hold allergens) will be getting cured on their own. This is because, exercises increase the blood level of substances called, noradrenaline and endorphins. These substances, increase our immunity to infective diseases. Also, these substances make the body become more capable of coming out of allergic disorders also. Anyone has experienced these two advantages of exercises ?
