Yes Veena, they have to be done at least for a month consistently to start showing results. But definitely, there will be visible results. I am saying it from personal experience.
You are welcome. As I mentioned, stress impacts health. If you are under stress, you unconsciously start eating the wrong foods, the body starts craving for those foods in an attempt to stabilize. Regulate your breathing and keep yourself cool-headed. You will automatically gain control over your diet.
You are right. Very often I feel stressed for things which I am not even supposed to bother. And I get angry very quickly and I’m a very sensitive and emotional person. All this could be the reason too
Hi ..I used to suffer from Oily skin years back.. Some things which work.. Stop applying besan and other things..more we do to the skin, more harm. Over showering, too much soap etc will actually produce more oils Eat good diet and lots Of water Less stress and good sleep. Apply matte sunscreen and use tissues to gently “dab” oily face once in few hours.Do not rub but just dab. Wear more cotton and avoid spicy foods Use a good moisturizer and cetaphil moisturizer and cleanser is very good.not foamy but worth it.I got advised by two dermatologists on this. For oily scalp, shampoo twice or thrice a week and no more.Use clean comb and maintain your hair. The above helped me.Good luck dear
Are you attentive enough to the products you use to cleanse your skin? I had similar problem when washed my face with aggressive liquids. Maybe you too sgould switch to more neutral and moisturizing soaps? Making them is easy with soap bases and essential oils you can buy anywhere.
If you have a oily skin you should Wash your face with warm water and a gentle soap can reduce the amount of oil on the skin, Use a toner, Pat the face dry, Use blotting papers and medicated pads , Use a facial mask, Apply moisturizers, Visit Salons for Cleanups and Clay mask therapy. I would suggest Naturals Salon the best for any therapies.
