oil pulling

    I was having a dry mouth , sensitive teeth . I came across oil pulling in an article and decided to try it. Within 1 week the dryness was gone along with the sensitivity. I would definitely recommend it for anyone with oral problems or someone who wants to whiten teeth.

    oil pulling is normally done with sesame oil, as soon as you brush your teeth

    i used sesame oil and did the oil pulling first thing in the morning.
