Oats Wheat Rava upma Ingredients: Oats: 1/2cup Wheat Rava(fine):1/2cup Vegetables: of your choice(like carrot, green peas, capsicum etc):1 cup finely diced Onion:1 medium finely chopped Green chilli:1-2 Curryleaves:10-12 leaves Ginger garlic paste:1/2 tsp Garlic cloves:finely chopped:2 Salt to taste Oil:1 tsp Procedure: Slightly dry roast the oats and wheat rava and keep aside Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and green chillies and fry till golden brown Add ginger garlic paste and fry Add vegetables and fry till cooked Add 1 cup water, add salt to taste and let it simmer Once simmering starts add the wheat rava and then oats Cook till water is absorbed Oats wheat rava upma is ready to be served. Very healthy due to the ingredients used. Enjoy!!!
