Here comes a healthy dosa without rice.... the goodness of oats and mixed veggies makes it a healthy and a tasty dosa. Ingredients Oats powdered 1 cup Sooji 1 cup Onion 1 (grated) Carrot 1 (grated) Cabbage 1/2 cup (shredded) Ginger 1 tsp (grated) Salt as per taste Pepper powder 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Green chilly 1 Coriander and curry leaves few Method In a bowl mix oats powder, sooji and salt mix to a semi watery batter. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Heat a pan pour a ladle of batter and spread in circular motion and cook on both the sides until golden brown and serve hot Oats Vegetable dosa with any chutney or pickle of your choice. I dry roast my oats in a pan, cool and grind to fine powder and store in airtight container. I use this oats powder for my dosas, idli and even parathas.
