Nutritional food recipe for the day

    Nice recepies. I have tomato curry receipe to share which is easy and simple to do:

    4 tomatoes
    Green chillies
    Red chilly powder
    Salt as per taste
    Curry leaves
    Cumin seeds
    Garlic

    Boil the tomatos, pill it and make a puree. Add some oil in a Pan and then put curry leaves, cumin seeds and garlic. After that add tomato puree in it and add chilly powder and salt as per your taste. Boil it for 4-5 minutes and its ready to eat with rice.

    It taste yum. I bet you will like it as its easy to make.

    Nice recipe collections dear friends.
    I want to share this Urad dal porridge which has high nutritional values

    Urad dal (black urad dal is better) - 1 cup
    Rice - 1/2 cup
    fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
    garlic - 10

    Optional
    jaggery - as per taste
    coconut - 3 tsp

    pressure cook all the items (except 'optional' one) with 6 cups of water and 8 whistles.
    once pressure is released, you shall mix it well with blender. If you dont like jaggery taste, you shall add salt to it

    To me, healthy and Nutrition means, Sprouts.
    Atleast once or twice a week, I make Sprouts in various forms.

    Simple one that my husband likes is.

    Warm up Green Moong sprouts for a min or so in microwave, add little salt, pepper, chopped tomatoes, onions, lemon juice and eat. Very healthy and low calorie but high protein and fiber.
