Nursery recommendation plus age clarification

    Hey Ladies
    I am looking to move from Dubai to Sharjah in September. My son is 2.7 years old, and I was looking for nurseries and I am so unfamiliar with Sharjah despite being in UAE for 11 years!! I am not sure where to start!

    Ideally I would like a Early Years type nursery. Recommendations please

    Also, what age does he start school, i.e. FS1?

    In which area of Shj are you planning to move? I think Chubby Cheeks in Al Nahda (Dxb) follows the EYFS..and they provide transport to Shj, though I don't know to what all areas within Shj.

    For International curriculum schools, a child applying for FS1 needs to be 4 years of age by December of that year. Though it's always better to check all such details with the schools by personally calling up.
