Numbness In Feet

Some years back I had a meeting and sat on the ground and I got up after thirty minutes but I could not ,next day I went to a physiotherapist and he said to me that I don't know when your problem will be solved! Than I started oil massage before bed .coconut oil ,get it warmed and massaged it underneath every finger of leg for ten minutes and on sole and after one month I got, well now I dont have any problem , one can use any oil but it should be get warmed. every finger should be pressed and should be massaged gently.
