Nri Homes In Chennai/coimbatore/pudhucherry Areas

Dear Friends,
I am in US and I am looking for NRI homes for old people in chennai/coimbatore/puducherry areas. I am looking for a short duration ( 2- 4 months max) to accomodate my grand fatgher , so my parents could come here during that period. My grand father is so orthodox that he needs more privacy and independence as far as his stay is concerned. So , I am looking for something like a seperate apartment or small house with in a community which offers safety and any emergency services .
