November 4 weeks challenge

    Hi fits,
    Even i tried to lose my weight but i couldnt . i join this thread to get motivation and loose tht i am trying/struggling weight.

    Today:
    Early mrg and nite : Warm water with cinnamon and honey
    Mrg : 1 bowl oats
    Mid mrg: 1 slice pinapple
    lunch: 2 phulka with cabbage curry
    Eve: 1 boiled egg
    Dinner at 6.30 pm: 9 mini idli with sambar

    Exercise:
    55 min leslie sasone 4 mile fast walk
    20 min ab and thigh exercise

    Done:
    no tea or coffee
    drank lots of water frequently
    No sugar

    Me too have to shed around 10 kg. We will pair up and achieve.

    Your diet and exercise is really an inspiration for me. Even though im not a starter i didnt get my routine diet still. You can see much controlled diet today.will update in the evening.

    breakky :eek:ats with yoghurt+ egg curry
    Lunch :salad +cheese+bean curry+ roti in a roll
    Snacks; apple+ 1 chocolate
    Dinner : Green tea + cucumber salad

    workout :
    8 sets SN
    20 mins walking


    4th Nov :

    Breakky : Oats with yoghurt + boiled egg +apple
    Lunch : rice with ginger garlic chicken + mousse
    Snacks : lil banana chips
    Dinner : crab rice +salads

    Workout : 5 sets SN
    55 mins walking
    (chums so not doing treadmill)

    keep going. Nice thread . How u achieved from 80kgs to 58.5kg , its really great effort.
    In the first post u mentioned no fruits after 4pm right. Why ? I usually eat at night times. I never heard of it. Will u please tell me the reason.

    Once two yr back I joined this forum and lost weight by exercise and diet. But once when I stopped from this forum, I didn't think abt diet or exercise. Inbetween I tried many times to be in diet or exercise but felt lazy to follow it sometimes and few time I feel frustrated what a life always worried abt weight. But when I recently checked my weight, I got increased by 3 kg which is a big surprise and shocked. So I thought I should dedicate myself and lose that weight somehow. So first thing which comes to my mind is this forum. I joined and planned to lose weight .

    15 ab and thigh exercise

    tavishi thanks dear ... fruits are packed with sugar and it is bad at evening as we dont do any physical activities to burn them all the sugar will be turned into fat and it bloats or swell our scales.... so avoid fruits after 4pm

    Morning - tea
    Breakfast upuma with chutney
    Mid morning - guava
    lunch - chapathi,curd rice wih dhal
    Evening - tea
    marie biscuit
    chikoo
    night 2 dosas.
    water 2 lts

    15 mins floor exercise
    20 mins cycling
