November 4 weeks challenge

    Hi all

    We have many threads and posts but i wanted to open this thread specially for a month challenge so we can focus and aim for beautified new slim body


    Workout :

    1. 8 sets of surya namaskar
    2. 20 mins of your choice (running,jumping,skipping,boxing,walking or just arguing with someone yes you are losing energy hehehe)

    Diet :

    1. Only one cheat snacks or bite of junk food per week but rule is if you had more than one cheat snacks a week then you need to vaccum your house twice .
    2. No fruits after 4PM
    3. Three hours before your bed time no food or drinks (only green tea is allowed)
    4. Atleast one green tea is a must
    5. A salad a day
    6. A fruit a day
    7. morning breakfast must have protein serve (soy,chicken,egg,fish,milk,yoghurt ) as part of the breakfast.

    Rule :

    1. Be regular in list all you put into your mouth
    2. Write down the workout list (except women s period time ) but you can walk casually no harm in it
    3. Weekly update .

    My current weight : 58.5kgs
    My wish weight : 56 KGs
    my target by end of year to be under 53 kgs

    Amazing weight loss and would like to thank all my IL friends especially chapra,Anithapratha,breez01,RMPriya, sridevi1977,shanvi mam,sujathagokul.

    My starting weight was 80 kgs now only 58.5 kgs total loss of 21.5 inspite of 6 kgs gain during india visit and 5 kgs gain during US visit .. Even though i had yoyo on my weight scale but kept my motivation to lose weight ...... my strong will and motivation from my hubby is greater than anything towards this success.
    I JUST LOVE ME and MY NEW BODY

    Hi bbd,
    I would like to join this challenger. I will post my daily food and exercise:

    Current weight 138.5 lb goal is reduce 4 to 4.5 lb by end of November .So aiming for 134 lb.

    Wow blessedbabydust, very inspiring to hear your weight loss. I am stuck at 70kg for almost 2 years and would like to reduce. I would love to see my scale going down. I am in for this challenge. I am not sure about the suryanamaskar, I am in for the rest. :)

    Nov 1st :

    Breakky : Oats soup +egg with mutton gravy+peach
    Lunch : Salads +rice+fish potato tikka +egg
    Pre dinner : cucumber salad
    Dinner : 2 roti+dal curry

    Workout : 8 sets of suryanamskar + 25 mins treadmill workout

    breakky : Weet bix with full cream milk + banana
    Lunch :vallarai salad+brinjal rice+egg+mutton fry
    Snacks; peach
    Dinner : Green tea + clear veggies soup

    Workout :

    8 sets of SN
    20 mins jogging
    10 mins tummy crunch

    HI,
    i like to join in this.
    My current weight is 63 kg and my dream weight is 53 kb but achievable weight is 57 kg.
    I am having hard time to reduce my weight on my own and need some motivation to reduce atleast 1/2 to 1 kg per month.

    Nov 1:
    Mrg : 2 brown bread
    lunch: 1 bowl rice with gravy, egg
    eve: 1 piece spinach cheese stuffed bread(junk)
    So no dinner

    Nov 2:
    Breakfast : 2 brown bread
    Lunch : 1 bowl rice with rasam
    Eve: 3 piece kothemir vadi
    so no dinner

    I will do exercise from tmrw

    Hi all,

    Iam for this one now. I have been following several threads on weightloss but didnt update my details. So slowly im in the process of losing interest. Now joining this thread to make the ball rolling. So far i have reduced 3 kg and need to reduce 10 more kg. As it is going to be a big journey i realise definitely i need some motivation. So reques friends here to have me along with you.
    My current weight - 70 Kg.
    Dec target is - 66 kg.

    My first challenge is reducing the coffee/tea which i take 3 times a day with full sugar.

    Will record my activity by evening.

    Update for Nov 3rd

    Did well. Reduced my tea to 2 cups.
    Exercise 30 situps.

    Food
    Morn- tea
    Poha
    AN- Rice with dal, beetroot curry, Curd rice
    Evening - Tea
    Ragi dosa with tomato kurma.

    I did pretty well. Will do th same tommorow.
