My due date on Nov 20. Nice meeting you all!

My due date on November 5th.

 

Today my anamoly scan completed
Dr told that Every thing OK.
21 weeks baby now.
Dr advised to do walking for controlled weight gain
Already I gained 7 kg after conceive.

 

That's good indrajaram . I'm also 20 weeks now having anamoly scan this week hope everything is fine. Are you doing any exercise

I am not doing any exercise or walking
I have to start it now. After conceive I am not doing any walking, just cooking n going to office. and food also I am taking rice daily avoided wheat (I thought it is heat).

 

Hi all
I feel baby movements today . It's really nice feel. I am having a cold. Tried some home remedies pepper with milk
But body heat increased. I feel some hot flashes. Any home remedies for cold please.

Good to see the due date clubs here. I am an IL member from long and now expecting. My EDD is also in november and now am currently in hyderabad. Anyone from hyderabad to discuss about doctors and good hospitals for deliveries. Its my first pregnancy, so checking on good hospitals around me.

Hope all had their baby showers and 5th month scans by now. Good luck every one.

Congrats Indrajaram, weight gain might me due to your life style. In my case i am taking complete rest and not works at all. Will just do some walking, but haven't gained much till now. It just depends on life style and body types i guess. Where are you from?
