Notch found in Uterine artery doppler study- Pls help

Dear ladies

I had my anomaly scan 2 days before( 20 weeks pregnant). No anomaly was found in baby and doctor told that baby is healthy. But, there is a small issue in uterine artery doppler study which was done along with anomaly scan which showed a notch. Has anyone experienced the same or any idea?? Doctor has asked for repeating the scan after 1 month and i was told that there is 70-80 % chance that it will cure itelf, otherwise she will prescribe some medication. I am very much stressed.

Pls guide me. Has anyone faced this in anomaly scan?Any advices?
