No Sleep At Night :(

    I understand you are feeding breastmilk now, but please check if you can try following.
    1. Melotonin
    2. L-thianine (promotes restfulness and sleep)
    3.Chammomile tea (calms and relaxes)

    these things will help in insomnia.

    @Emarald thanks for the tips .. I will see into the aroma oil. Never tried that ..
    @peet1983 yeah sometimes I get deep sleep some days no sleep at all.. may be it's a phase ... But it's a tired phase ;( if you don't sleep properly your day is gone !!
